The team helps Denver area home buyers, sellers, and investors to achieve their real estate goals and is known for the unparalleled level of customer service it delivers to its clients--in addition to its commitment to supporting and giving back to the local community. In 2020, the team closed more than $50 million in real estate sales and is forecasting increased sales volume in 2021.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will reward both individual contributions and team results. Total initial compensation, including base + bonus, is expected to be in the range of $50,000-$80,000 with opportunities for growth over time.

Track the performance of all marketing initiatives and provide data, analysis-based recommendations, and monthly progress reports for review
Make recommendations on enhancements or new ideas related to current and/or previous marketing initiatives
Identify ways to innovate content creation & distribution, including new formats or executions, content partnerships, and emerging market opportunities
Execute copywriting and design of deliverables for web, print, events, video, and social media
Contribute to website design, content, SEO development, blog posts, and tracking analytics
Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing collateral, conduct regular reviews of collateral, and maintain marketing materials inventories
Implement marketing action plans for active, past, and future clients
Prepare client newsletters, direct mail campaigns, and other publications
2. Lead Generation
Collaboratively work with the team to develop lead generation strategies and take ownership of implementation
Drive client acquisition and engagement through the creation of new content for marketing initiatives, digital media, website, events, and email
Monitor incoming leads and incorporate them into high-quality marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
Identify effective new ways to engage potential clients, past clients, referral partners, and other agents
Support team members with the customization and use of available materials and programs
Maintain familiarity with Compass tools and technology and guide agents to appropriate resources as needed
Support team leader with agent communication including compiling agent call lists and communicating with other agents to promote listings
Coordinate, promote, and assist with open house logistics
Coordinate closing gifts, holiday cards, client gifts, and handwritten notes
Maintain inventory of closing gifts, office supplies, etc.
Assist with special projects
Assist with administrative support as needed
Minimum 2+ year of marketing experience in a similar role (including internships)
Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Audience Insights, Instagram, and other content tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a team player
Strong interest in digital media trends
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Real estate and/or Compass experience is highly preferred but not required
A Colorado real estate license is beneficial but not required
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred but not required
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, or other video editing software is preferred but not required
