David Schlichter is a successful Denver REALTOR® who looks forward to helping you and the people in your network achieve real estate goals. David works with Colorado residents to buy, sell, and invest in real estate, and he interviews and refers to real estate professionals for those needing service outside of Colorado. He joined Compass in 2019 after leading the #1 producing group in the #1 producing office in downtown Denver and was honored to be elected by fellow Denver REALTORS® in 2020 to represent Central Denver on the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors for a two year term.
In addition to his career in real estate, he has taught in the Denver Public Schools with Teach for America, organized the community around local and state education issues, served in Mayor Hancock's transition, and worked at the White House in the Executive Office of President Barack Obama. He was also an inaugural member of the Washington University in St. Louis Executive Master of Business Administration program in Denver, earning his Masters of Business Administration while working full-time in 2015.
