April Real Estate Market Report: Cheesman Park, Country Club, Morgan's Historic District, and Congress Park

Denver Real Estate Market Report: Cheesman Park, Country Club, Morgan's Historic District, and Congress Park

By David Schlichter

Just like the weather, the real estate market is heating up again!  While not every listing is getting multiple offers, many are, which is a significant shift from what was happening during the winter.  Days on market are down significantly, and interest rates are at a 7 week low--making home purchases significantly more affordable for buyers.

Inventory levels are still low.  Those who do decide to list their homes now may be able to capitalize on the imbalance between the high buyer demand and very low seller supply while benefiting from lower interest rates when purchasing their replacement homes.

In the market update video below, David Schlichter and Tom Pitzer walk buyers and sellers through three things they each should know about this rapidly changing real estate market.
