The Denver real estate market has shifted remarkably over the course of the last three years, going from being one of the hottest real estate markets in the country to one of the nation’s coolest.
While we can’t control the global economy or control national policymaking, we can control our effort--and we are making an unprecedented effort to spread awareness of our clients’ listings to generate as much showing activity as possible and ensure the highest likelihood of their homes selling. We're personally calling hundreds of buyer's agents per week to encourage them to show our listings, we're flooding the market with paid ads to promote our listings, we're sending out email blasts, and we've invested in additional support staff to take our bold marketing campaign even further.
These strategic decisions are paying off for our clients; so far in 2025, we have sold/put under contract 54 homes (32.7x the amount the average agent sold), but we will not rest until every single one of our clients' homes is sold! 1

The number of homes for sale in the Denver metro area is up 24.5% YOY, but the number of homes sold is actually down 2.2%--resulting in a substantial increase in the number of homes for sale per buyer looking. When there are substantially more listings available per buyer looking, the number of showings per listing tends to decrease, days on market tend to go up, and prices tend to fall. As you can see from the stats below, that is exactly what is happening in Denver right now.
