Brendan Leonard and Hilary Oliver aren't just great people and great clients; they're also two of the best authors in Denver! Brendan is the author of the blog www.semi-rad.com, where he posts funny, enthusiastic, and entertaining articles for those of us who love outdoor adventure but will likely not ever be able to make it into a full-time job. He also has written eight books (I highly recommend 60 Meters to Anywhere). Hilary writes beautiful articles on life and the outdoors for magazines and websites such as Outside, Adventure Journal, National Geographic Adventure, REI, Outdoor Research, and more--and she is also in the process of writing a novel.
As if these two didn't already have a lot going on, they recently sold their condo near Cheesman Park (their second transaction with the Schlichter Team), purchased a home in the Clayton neighborhood (their third transaction with the Schlichter Team), got married, and adopted a dog named Rowlf! Congrats to Brendan and Hilary on all of the wonderful things they have going on, and we're glad to have been helpful with a few of your major life events!
