In 2016 we helped the two of them to purchase a starter home in North Park Hill. It was a fantastic first home, but after five years they decided that they wanted be closer to biking, hiking, and the outdoors. We got right to work and helped them to find and purchase their dream home on the outskirts of Littleton while selling their Park Hill home for an astonishing $100,000 over the asking price.
The new home had an incredible amount of potential but needed some significant TLC. Thankfully, with the money we generated above the asking price and the lengthy rent-back period we negotiated, the Longs had both the time and money to complete the work needed at the new house.
