The 2025 Denver real estate market continues to be defined by a notable buildup in available homes for sale that is (far) outpacing demand.
In November 2025, there were 10,255 homes for sale--a 42.9% increase compared to the same time last year! Given the surplus of homes for sale, days on market increased by over 50% while showings per listing decreased by 11.3%. What does this all mean for you?
