With the rapidly changing market conditions, we're getting lots of questions about what's actually happening in the Denver real estate market. In this video, we provide a quick update.

The short summary is that although the market has cooled off significantly since the start of the year, it is still a strong (albeit slower) market for sellers, and now (yes, right now) may be a rare moment of opportunity for buyers to be able to find and purchase a home with less competition, at a lower price, at a lower interest rate, and with the ability to negotiate inspection items before buyer activity increases in the new year.
