The market continues to be full of opportunities for buyers, with 29.4% more inventory on the market than there was last year (a significant increase in supply), and closings only up 2.2% since last year (a nominal increase in demand). These shifts translate to many more options per buyer--and showing activity per listing declined accordingly, 13% year over year and 9.6% month over month (with the average listing getting approximately 1 showing per week).
Though the market is slow, we are finding great opportunities for our buyer clients and have lots of great listings for sale that our seller clients would love for you and/or the people you know to see!
