Denver Metro Area: Market Report
The market hasn't changed dramatically over the past month, but the trends we've been seeing throughout 2026 continue. Buyers are less active than they were in the spring, and days on market are up year-over-year and month-over-month.
For buyers, we are seeing lots of opportunities to get fantastic deals on great homes, but not enough people have gotten the memo that this is a great time to be a buyer! That just means there are more opportunities for those who are active right now.
For sellers, sales are still happening, but they often come after multiple price reductions. Sellers may need to be more aggressive with price reductions than in previous years to get their homes sold.
As always, the market isn't the same everywhere. A detached home in one neighborhood may have a very different experience than a condo just a few blocks away.
