Denver Real Estate Market Report: Cheesman Park, Country Club, Morgan's Historic District, and Congress Park
By David Schlichter
You've probably been reading a lot of mixed messages in the news headlines lately:
Prices are up year over year!
Prices are down month over month!
Interest rates are significantly higher!
Interest rates are still historically low!
Buyers have lots of negotiating power!
This is still a seller's market!
Believe it or not, all of the above statements are true. But, as rising interest rates, inflation, and the ongoing effects of the pandemic continue to create rapid change and uncertainty in the world, it is no wonder that people are confused and/or concerned. Thankfully, you don't have to be an expert on the day-to-day changes in the market; that's what we're here for.
As the leader of one of Denver's highest producing real estate teams and also as someone who lives in and is invested in this neighborhood, I look forward to the opportunity to be an advocate for you and to help you successfully navigate all of the complexities of this real estate market.
If you ever have a real estate need, I would love to personally be of service to you--not just as a real estate expert, but as someone who lives in and is invested in the neighborhood. Please be in touch today if there is anything I can do to be helpful to you.
