This past weekend the Schlichter Team brought 80 clients together for a client appreciation event at Vine St. Pub with food, drinks, lots of hugs, and a great sense of community. At the event David and Tom spoke about how they are grateful to have had clients who have become friends, friends who have become clients, and clients who have become friends with each other through these client appreciation events.
The Schlichter Team's clients come to the team at important times in their lives. This past year, for example, David and Tom helped people who were newly engaged, expecting a baby (including one who gave birth during her transaction!), newly separated, upsizing, downsizing, selling their home to pay off medical bills, selling their home to invest in their startup, buying properties to develop an investment portfolio, selling and buying properties to move to be closer to family, buying a property because they were tired of throwing money away by renting, and more.
